Stainless Wire Mesh by Asada
The core competence of ASADA MESH exists in the manufacturing of ultrafine woven wire mesh. A mesh dedicated to supreme quality is a reflection of their dignity. Throughout the world, Asada Mesh's technology is used in practically every electronic device. Without Asada Mesh, the IT industry would not have advanced as much as it has. Miniaturization of devices like smartphones and PCs would not have been possible. To increase the power generating efficiency of solar panels, it is necessary to print the electrodes thinner and taller. Asada's mesh technology is used to print these electrodes.
The world’s finest stainless steel mesh has been manufactured by Asada for over 70 years. Used for high quality screen printing of electronic applications (also used for filtration and sieving). Features include: High Definition, Wide Openings, Thick, Ultra Hard and Super Thin. Applications include: MLCC, MLCI, Chip Resistor, Large Flat Panel Display, Touch Panel, Cover Layers, Photovoltaic, Surface Mount Technology, Black Matrix, Printed Electronics, Flexible Printed Circuit and Printed Wired Boards.

Using 25% higher tensile strength than standard 304, Standard-BS is the standard product which is adopted for wide use such as 100 micron fine line or thin deposit printing for MLCC. It is also used for sieving and filtration industries.
MS-Hardmesh is woven with 30% higher tensile strength wires than BS mesh to meet Screen Printing demands such as high dimensional accuracy and screen mask longevity.
640 or 730 mesh are available which are mainly used in MLCC industries and also appropriate for fine line printing and used for drawing 30 micron electrode lines in Touch Panel application.
By using stainless steel wires of 3 times higher strength than BS with low elongation, wires are woven at an open “ratio” of 60%. Paste flow is increased proportionately compared to others.
Tensile strength of Supermesh HS-D is over 3 times greater than BS- Standard. Produces more stable and dimensionally accurate print, plus it has an expected longevity of 2X-3X of conventional meshes. Increased potential of parts miniaturization.
Wires are woven into special weaving structure yielding mesh 3 times thicker than the wire diameter. 3D-mesh is suitable for solid area, thick paste printing.
Woven Wire Cloth can be calendared to be thinner and flatter with special equipment and thickness can be reduced down to 50%. Control your print deposit with various specifications.
By making the surface of the stainless steel wire cloth black, it minimizes random reflection of light during exposure. It is useful when fine pattern image must be exposed and achieves high precision resolution.※ The oxide layer is extremely thin and the surface is not damaged at all. It differs from paint or plating processing.
