Dual Cure Emulsions are formulated with two types of sensitizers, SBQ and diazo or diazo and acrylates (acrylate monomers). Murakami dual cure emulsions are known for their wide latitude of exposure to image details easily. They also can be used with difficult ink systems that may be hot solvent inks, or co solvent inks where both solvent and water resistance are needed.

Photocure WSR
Murakami WSR is a water and solvent resistant dual cure emulsion for textile printing. It can print all textile inks without hardening the stencil. This emulsion coats and exposes easily, with excellent resolution and easy reclaiming to preserve fine mesh counts. Avoid making back up screens to raise efficiency due to it's break down free nature : )






Photocure PRO
Photocure PRO is a dual cure emulsion with exceptional resolution qualities. Photocure PRO images hafltones and fine details with ease in an easy to use wide latitude emulsion. SP-9500
Murakami SP-9500 is one of our first dual cure graphic emulsion. It can withstand the most agressive solvent ink systems while providing outstanding resolution of fine details. SP-9500’s wide latitude offers an easy to use emulsion with exceptional durability. Originally formulated for water-based UV inks. Can be used as adhering emulsion for dualcure films.
