Murakami Screen Thick Film

Murakami Thick Film creates precise, predictable emulsion thicknesses.  Thick film has exceptionally sharp emulsion shoulders and smooth vertical side walls for sharp, thick ink release. This film is used in the textile and electronics industries.  For highly detailed high density prints multiple screens are used to ‘stack’ the print in layers.  250 to 400 micron are typically used for printing specialty textile inks like high density, puff ink, gels, blister ink, suedes, simulated leather looks.
