Degreasers
Degreasers are formulated to clean the mesh of contaminants and leave the mesh PH balanced. Murakami degreasers help the emulsion coat and adhere better than standard degreasers or off the shelf products. Helps to treat the surface and make more hydrophilic for emulsion coating. Offered in ready to use or in a concentrate (MS-Degreaser Concentrate).
Murakami 801 Degreaser eliminates problems caused by screen contaminants on all types of fabrics. DGR-801 degreaser safely controls water hardness, cleans all unwanted residue left on mesh, and creates a powerful “sheeting” action that reduces pinholes and allows emulsion to coat evenly with good adhesion.
Murakami MS Degreaser is a superior degreaser with outstanding mesh cleaning properties. It is formulated to leave screens contaminant free and prevent pinholes and fish eyes from forming. Prepares mesh for excellent emulsion adhesion while leaving no residue to affect emulsion coating. Superior cleaning capability. Aids in adhesion of fine details and durability of stencil.
No need to use a hard bristle brush in the degreasing process for Murakami emulsions.
