Pre Stretched and Re Stretched Screens

Murakami offers custom stretching on your frames. We offer standard stretching (square to the frame) and Bias stretching at 22.5 degrees.

We also have 20×24″, 23×31″ and 25×36″ new thick wall frames ready for stretching. Textile screens are normally stretched with no bias angle.

We use Smartmesh exclusively for all nstretched screens. Superior registration, higher retained tension gives a longer usable life. Murakami carries a wide assortment of S, T and HD meshes.We also offer Nylon Mesh, Stainless Mesh, and specialty meshes for your print needs.

Pre Coated Screens
Graphic Screens: We can coat on your graphic frames with our mesh up to approx. 30 inch coating width.

Pre Coated Screens with Capillary Film – We use a direct/indirect method to adhere with a compatible emulsion for your needs to create highly durable stencils.

Pre Coated Screens Textiles
Textile printing can have unique needs depending on ink type used.

We offer pre-coated screens for water based, discharge, and solvent inks, as well as conventional plastisol inks.

Minimum Order:

Industrial + Graphics – Call to discuss your project since frame size, mesh and emulsion or film (if ordered) is job specific and need to be clarified to achieve the best results for your company.

Textiles Pre Stretched + Re Stretched:
20×24″ Frames – 10 per mesh count ordered
23×31″ Frames – 8 per mesh count ordered
25×36″ Frames – 6 per mesh count ordered

Frames to be free of any wet inks. Mesh can remain on the frame.

Any damaged or uneven frames will not be used and will be returned with order.
