SP-1400

SP-1400 is Murakami's newest textile emulsion. It offers excellent value and performance with exceptional resolution, easy coating and reclaim and can print all ink systems, plastisol, waterbase and discharge inks. Use MS or A&B hardener for water base and discharge inks.

SP-3000

SP-3000 is Murakami's newest graphic emulsion. Excellent resolution and details. Resists a wide variety of inks:

Good solvent resistancy for the following ink components: Toluene, Acetone, Ethyl Acetate, Butylcellosolve, Butylacetate, Cyclohexane, Methyl Cellosolve, Isophoron, Ethlene Glycol, Dimethyl Ether, Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK), Butyl Carbitol, Butyl Carbitol Acetate

For use with UV and hot solvent based ink systems. Virtually pin hole and fish eye free. Extremely durable on press

SP-300

SP-300 is an economical diazo based emulsion.  It provides excellent resolution and detail.  SP-300 can print plastisol and with the use of MS or A&B hardeners it provides excellent durability for waterbase and discharge inks.

Spanish TDS

• Develop screen completely.
• Post expose in sun or exposure lamp. (If using lamp post expose 2x the exposure time used.
• Apply MS Hardener with a wet cloth in a circular motion to both sides of screen and dry in sun or hot box.
• Screen remains reclaimable.

• Develop screen completely.
• Post expose in sun or exposure lamp. (If using lamp post expose 2x the exposure time used.
• Mix equal parts of A&B Hardener, use product within 1 day. Apply A&B hardener with a wet cloth in a circular motion to both sides of the screen.
• Screen is semi permanent. Can be reclaimed by applying a caustic haze remover for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off haze remover and reclaim with emulsion remover.
